Important: Please do not upload government-issued IDs or highly sensitive personal documents unless we explicitly request them for coordination purposes.Uploads are not required for scheduling, and we do not use uploads as identity verification for notarial acts.
Scheduling notice: Submitting an appointment request is a scheduling inquiry. Your appointment request is not confirmed until accepted by Fortress Signing & Notary.
3) Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally request or require sensitive personal data, for example Social Security numbers, through our online form. If you provide sensitive data voluntarily, you do so at your discretion.
