Important: Please do not upload government-issued IDs or highly sensitive personal documents unless we explicitly request it for coordination purposes.Uploads are not required for scheduling, and we do not use uploads as identity verification for notarial acts.
Scheduling notice: Submitting an appointment request is a scheduling inquiry. Your appointment request is not confirmed until accepted by Fortress Signing & Notary. Availability outside Standard Hours is not guaranteed and is offered only when scheduling permits.
3) Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally request or require sensitive personal data (for example, Social Security numbers) through our online form. If you provide sensitive data voluntarily, you do so at your discretion.
4) Why We Collect It
We use the information to:
- Review your request and contact you to confirm details
- Confirm logistics (location access, signer readiness, scheduling constraints)

If you are a retainer client, we may also use your information to coordinate recurring services and support within the retainer scope (for example, scheduling, confirmations, reporting, and operational communication). Notarial act requirements and statutory records (such as notary journal entries, when applicable) are handled separately from website form submissions.

We use reputable business tools and reasonable safeguards to protect information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and used only for coordinating services and legitimate business operations.

No system is 100% secure. If you have concerns about an upload, contact us and we can coordinate a safer alternative. If you believe you submitted sensitive information by mistake, notify us promptly.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to:
- Provide requested services (for example, coordinating with an on-site contact you provide)
- Comply with lawful requests or legal obligations
- Protect our business, clients, and systems from fraud or misuse
